When the temperature starts to warm up for the “Midwest” everyone knows that “Pool Season” isn’t to far around the corner.  The Montgomery County Health Department relies on these Rules & Regulations for clean pools.  We will consistently apply and adhere to these guidelines.

Public and Semi-Public Swimming Pools Rule 410 IAC 6-2.1

This rule is used by the State and Local Health Department to ensure that public swimming waters and bathing beaches are safe for the public to swim in.
